The Scarlet Tunic Bed and Breakfast Sam Steele Room

An eclectic mix of old & new awaits you in this room. The 1950's is well represented with period art on the walls, bedside lamps, accessories & chenille bedspread. A working floor radio from the 40’s sits beside a big comfortable leather chair.

A queen size sleigh bed offers a good night's rest. The ensuite washroom is large with a deep soaker tub for the lady & a separate shower for the gentleman. The Sam Steele Room is a good example of Margaret's love of decorating & antiques. Make sure you note the speak easy on the washroom door, the wall hung sink shipped from Calgary & the window coverings in 1950's barkcloth. The framed calendar in the washroom was actually Margaret's Father's first business in 1923. You will definitely enjoy this room overlooking the water along with its private entrance.
